Richard Whitmer

Mr. Whitmer is a seasoned senior executive with experience in sales, business development, operations, and strategic planning across the healthcare, financial services, and data center industries. Mr. Whitmer currently serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Compass Datacenters, where he manages multi-billion dollar projects for Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Google, and Oracle. He also serves as a Principal and Co-Founder of Purity Health. His previous roles include Sales Director at Digital Realty, where he led high-value lease agreements, and Chief Operations Officer at AmpliPHY Physician Services, where he established Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs and secured millions in funding. As Founder and President of Insight Healthcare Financial, he facilitated over $900 million in healthcare and commercial accounts receivables financing. Throughout his career, Richard has demonstrated leadership in product development, strategic partnerships, and revenue cycle management, consistently driving growth and operational excellence. A graduate of Auburn University, he is also actively engaged in community leadership and nonprofit board service.
