Joshua D. Arnold is a results-driven project manager with over a decade of leadership experience across healthcare, construction, financial services, and government sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at Purity Health, Joshua oversees technology-driven initiatives that optimize client care nationwide. He is also the Owner and CEO of Clean Construct, a company specializing in post-construction and commercial cleaning services. Previously, Joshua managed high-end residential remodels at Crane Builders and led operational growth initiatives at Modern Handyman and Empowered Financial Management. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he served in Security Forces and as an electrician, gaining tactical and technical expertise under high-pressure conditions. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Technology from Lincoln Christian University and various professional certifications. Known for his strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement. Outside of work, he is a longtime worship leader and active volunteer.
