Braton Machleit

Braton Machleit is a dedicated operations leader and Navy veteran with over two decades of diverse professional experience spanning healthcare technology, logistics, finance, and outdoor education. Braton has worked with client implementation, revenue operations, and cross-functional coordination for CMS reporting and healthcare data management.

A graduate of Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Public Management and Communications, Braton blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. His background includes roles at Edward Jones Investments, where he became a licensed Financial Advisor, and Johnston Technologies, where he coordinated the logistics of critical power equipment for data centers across the region.

Braton’s commitment to service extends beyond the office. As a Navy Reservist since 2006, he has maintained mission-critical aviation machinery, led command fitness initiatives, and supported U.S. Navy shipyards. He also serves on the board of Friends of Franklin Parks to support local outdoor recreational initiatives. An Eagle Scout and active member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club, Braton brings integrity, discipline, and a community-first mindset to everything he does.
